HOW LONG WILL MY DELIVERY TAKE?

Delivery time consists of two important components:

1) Processing Time (1–3 business days)

  • Order confirmation

  • Adjustments

  • Quality check

  • Packaging

2) Shipping Time (depending on destination: 5–10 business days)

The shipping time is calculated from the pickup at our international shipping center to the final destination and may therefore vary depending on the delivery location.

  • Austria: 5–10 business days* (Standard Shipping)

  • Germany: 5–10 business days* (Standard Shipping)

  • Switzerland: 5–10 business days* (Standard Shipping)

*All delivery times listed above exclude customs clearance and potential customs-related delays. During periods of high demand such as Christmas, Black Friday, or similar promotional events, shipping delays may occur.


HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Currently, we offer our customers free standard shipping worldwide as a special service.


WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?

Once your package has been packed, it will be handed over to our shipping partner, and you will receive an email with tracking information.

For logistical reasons and to optimize delivery times, your order may be shipped in multiple partial deliveries.


WHY IS MY PACKAGE TRACKING NOT WORKING?

In some cases, the shipping company may require 1–2 business days to update the tracking information.
We kindly ask for your understanding and a little patience in such cases.
