I. General Terms and Conditions
§ 1 Basic Provisions
(1) The following terms and conditions apply to contracts that you conclude with us as the provider (WORLD HEALTHCARE GROUP LTD.) via the website sinnesschaukel.com. Unless otherwise agreed, the inclusion of your own terms and conditions, if any, is hereby rejected.
(2) A consumer within the meaning of the following provisions is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither related to their commercial nor their independent professional activity. An entrepreneur is any natural or legal person or a legally capable partnership who, when entering into a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their independent professional or commercial activity.
§ 2 Conclusion of the Contract
(1) The subject of the contract is the sale of goods.
(2) By placing the respective product on our website, we already submit a binding offer to conclude a contract via the online shopping cart system under the conditions stated in the product description.
(3) The contract is concluded via the online shopping cart system as follows:
The goods intended for purchase are placed in the “shopping cart.” You can access the shopping cart at any time via the corresponding button in the navigation bar and make changes there.
After clicking the “Checkout” or “Continue to Order” button (or a similar designation) and entering your personal data as well as payment and shipping conditions, the order details will be displayed as an order summary.
If you select an instant payment system (e.g., PayPal (Express/Plus/Checkout), Amazon Pay, Sofort, giropay), you will either be redirected to the order overview page in our online shop or to the website of the instant payment provider.
If redirected to the respective payment provider, you make the required selections or enter your payment details there. Finally, you will be shown the order summary either on the payment provider’s website or after returning to our online shop.
Before submitting the order, you have the opportunity to review, modify (also using the browser’s “back” function), or cancel the order.
By submitting the order via the corresponding button (“order with obligation to pay,” “buy,” “buy now,” “place paid order,” “pay,” “pay now,” or similar designation), you declare legally binding acceptance of the offer, whereby the contract is concluded.
(4) Order processing and the transmission of all information required in connection with the conclusion of the contract are carried out partly automatically by email. You must therefore ensure that the email address you have provided is correct and that the receipt of emails is technically ensured and not blocked by spam filters.
§ 3 Special Agreements on Offered Payment Methods
(1) Payment via PayPal / PayPal Checkout
If you select a payment method offered via PayPal / PayPal Checkout, payment processing will be carried out via the payment service provider.
The individual payment methods available via PayPal are displayed on our website and during the order process. PayPal may use other payment services to process payments. If special payment conditions apply, you will be informed separately.

§ 4 Right of Retention, Retention of Title
(1) You may only exercise a right of retention if it concerns claims arising from the same contractual relationship.
(2) The goods remain our property until full payment of the purchase price has been made.
§ 5 Warranty
(1) The statutory liability for defects applies.
(2) As a consumer, you are requested to check the goods immediately upon delivery for completeness, obvious defects, and transport damage and to notify us and the carrier of any complaints as soon as possible. Failure to do so does not affect your statutory warranty claims.
(3) If a characteristic of the goods deviates from the objective requirements, the deviation shall only be deemed agreed if you were informed of this deviation before submitting your contractual declaration and the deviation was explicitly and separately agreed upon between the contracting parties.
§ 6 Choice of Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of HK.

2. Information on the Conclusion of the Contract
The technical steps for concluding the contract, the conclusion of the contract itself, and correction options are carried out in accordance with the provisions “Conclusion of the Contract” in our General Terms and Conditions (Part I).
3. Contract Language and Storage of Contract Text
3.1 The contract language is German.
3.2 The complete contract text is not stored by us. Before submitting the order via the online shopping cart system, the contract data can be printed using the browser’s print function or saved electronically. After the order has been received by us, the order data, legally required information for distance selling contracts, and the Terms and Conditions will be sent to you again by email.
4. Essential Characteristics of the Goods or Services
The essential characteristics of the goods and/or services can be found in the respective offer.
5. Prices and Payment Terms
5.1 The prices listed in the respective offers as well as the shipping costs represent total prices. They include all price components including applicable taxes.
5.2 No shipping costs apply.
5.3 The available payment methods are indicated on our website under the relevant section or in the respective offer.
5.4 Unless otherwise specified for the individual payment methods, payment claims arising from the concluded contract are due immediately.
6. Delivery Conditions
6.1 Delivery conditions, delivery dates, and any delivery restrictions can be found under the corresponding section on our website or in the respective offer.
6.2 If you are a consumer, the law stipulates that the risk of accidental loss or deterioration of the goods during shipment passes to you only upon delivery, regardless of whether the shipment is insured or uninsured. This does not apply if you have independently commissioned a transport company or other person not designated by the seller.
6.3 If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, failure to collect the package from a parcel station or branch within the storage period, or refusal of acceptance, the following applies:
Replacement delivery:
If the customer still wishes to receive the product, we offer a one-time free replacement shipment as a gesture of goodwill, provided the correct address is confirmed within 7 days after our notification.
Refund with processing fee:
If the customer does not wish to receive a new shipment, a processing fee of €9.99 will be deducted to cover the costs of return shipping, handling, and storage. The fee will be automatically deducted from the refund amount.
If no response is received within 7 days after our notification, we reserve the right to treat the order as cancelled without further claims.
7. Statutory Liability for Defects
7.1 Liability for defects is governed by the provisions “Warranty” in our Terms and Conditions (Part I).
7.2 As a consumer, you are required to check the goods immediately upon receipt for completeness, obvious defects, and transport damage. If you notice damage or discrepancies, you must notify us in writing within 7 days of delivery, including photos of the damage.
If no notification is received within this period, we assume that the goods were delivered in perfect condition. If the product is later returned in a damaged state, we reserve the right to assume that the damage occurred during use. In this case, a refund may be refused, and compensation for loss of value of up to 100% of the purchase price may be retained. If the product is no longer suitable for resale, we also reserve the right to dispose of the goods properly.
7.3 If a characteristic of the goods deviates from the objective requirements, the deviation shall only be deemed agreed if you were informed of it before submitting your contractual declaration and the deviation was explicitly agreed upon between the contracting parties.
7.4 These Terms and Conditions and customer information were prepared by IT law specialists of Händlerbund and are continuously reviewed for legal compliance. Händlerbund Management AG guarantees the legal security of the texts and assumes liability in the event of warnings.

8. Return Conditions for the 30-Day Guarantee
8.1 The goods may only be tested to check functionality and comfort. Damaged, heavily used, or contaminated products are excluded from returns.
8.2 Exclusion criteria for returns:

Visible signs of wear (e.g., scratches, dents, deformation, faded logos)

Dirt, stains, or strong odors (perfume, smoke, sweat)

Mechanical damage or improper use (e.g., material fatigue, cracks)

Incomplete returns where essential accessories are missing (e.g., travel bag, charging cable)
8.3 Hygiene products, such as pillows and covers, can only be returned if they are unopened and unused for hygienic reasons. If the protective packaging has been removed or the product has been used, returns are excluded.
8.4 If a returned product shows signs of use, we reserve the right to retain compensation for loss of value of up to 100% of the purchase price or refuse the return.
